Using data collected at the last class plot an efficiency curve which should look like this Media:Smithtown_cal_detector4.JPG. Publish the picture of the plot on your wiki page. Don't forget to blog your class activity as well.

Note that in addition to the efficiency another curve is plotted there which we call a noise level. It's in units of Hz and tells you how many total pulses per second come from a tested detector. Try to plot this one as well. If you don't know how to plot a chart in Excel or to save it as a picture - ask your classmates. Even if you fail after that - don't worry - we will do it during the class. That's a part of what we want to teach you.
