Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The MARIACHI laboratory, located at the Nuclear Structure Laboratory at Stony Brook University was officially open on June 27th, 2007. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held during the MARIACHI workshop and counted with many dignataries that came to open the space that will be used for workshop and classes. This space will house MARIACHI's main computer servers and will be the operation center for the experiment. The laboratory has ample space to hold meetings and will host many workshops throughout the year.

The space has been completely renovated. It is being equipped with computers that will be used to teach how they are used to carry on science and experiments.
