Golda Steiner is teaching science in Park Ridge High School in Park Ridge New Jersey for 14 years. Over the years she had participated in a number of programs that enhanced her teaching and provided opportunities for her students. Some of the programs involved summer work with scientists at the Los Alamos National Lab, Rochester University, and Rutgers University. She obtained a grant through the Partners in Science program to create a research course for students at Park Ridge High School. During the Summer of 2007 she participated in the Mariachi workshop with one of the students from Park Ridge. This workshop allows High School students to participate in research involving cosmic rays.
